After having a 4-season streak with a District Champ snapped in 2019, Brandt got the Lions back on the top of the podium with his championship performance at the District 26 Tournament. 2nd on the team with 33 wins, Brandt was the team's highest finisher at the Regions, placing 5th.

Down Low (106-132): A real good strong group down here, led by Brady Carter, who is coming off an outstanding freshman season. Carter racked up 32 wins a year ago, and punched a ticket to AC after placing 2nd in the Region. Junior Collin Rolak won 21 bouts last season, and finished 3rd at the Districts. Also back are junior Vinny Fantasia, who had 13 wins, and 16-match winner, sophomore Andre Ferraiuolo. Sophomore Mason Heck will be looking for an expanded role after going 4-0 last season, and freshmen Aiden Ott and Chad Moore should also make an immediate impact in the lineup. This is should be a great strength for the Lions as there is a talent and depth here.
In The Middle (138-160): The part of the lineup most impacted by graduation would have to be in the middleweights for Lacey. They do have a pair of starters back here though in senior Logan Carter, who won 16 matches last season, and junior Liam Sanger. Expect to see Rolak bump up here a bit too with all the depth in the lowerweights. Newcomers looking to step up for the Lions here include junior Michael Angelo Santiago, sophomore Justin Cilento, and freshman Matt Coon.
Up Top (170-Hwt): This could be a big strength for Lacey as well. Senior Jackson Brandt is the veteran leader of the group, and is coming off a 26-win season in which he placed 2nd at Districts. Junior Vin Ceglie also placed 2nd in the District, and then advanced to Atlantic City after finishing 2nd at Regions. Junior Gerard O'Connor had 18 wins as a sophomore up at heavyweight last season, and could be among the Shore's best heavies this year. Also back is Scott Stevens, who 12 bouts in his rookie season wrestling in the upperweights. This should be a very tough group for the Lions that will expose a lot of teams up top.
